An interview is a form of examination that examines job applicant’s ability through interviews. It provides an opportunity for examiners and job seekers to communicate and improve understanding between the two parties, therefore both parties can make a more accurate decision.

Never mention any information that you might leave afterwards, such as immigration, relocation, or want to become a boss in the future, these are taboos for job seekers.

The Inner Level — Communication

The essence of interview is communication. Experienced job seekers liken an interview to a friends chat. This is the highest level of interviewing, instead of treating an interview as a stressful exam, it is a relaxed interaction.

In the communication, job seekers show their individual ability and own characteristics, and interviewers obtain relevant information.
